On most destinations, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. A handful of routes are billed by the carrier — this is always made clear before you pay.

14 days, no fuss. If something isn't right, return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

On change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return shipping. Return shipping is free on faulty or incorrect items.

Yes — beds, collars, and leashes can be exchanged for another size within 14 days of delivery. We'll get the new size moving as soon as the original is on its way back.
