  • Order data — products purchased, order value, order history and correspondence.
  • Payment data — payment is handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

  • Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your data and our legal bases

  • To process and deliver your orders and provide support — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To prevent fraud, secure our store and improve our service — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To send marketing such as The Larkfell List, and to set non-essential cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the store, under appropriate data-processing agreements, including: Shopify (our e-commerce platform and hosting), payment providers, shipping and fulfilment carriers, and e-mail and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and transaction data for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally five years), account data while your account is active, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kontakt@kulttechnology.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the store and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage your choices at any time through Cookie settings.
