Our 14-day promise

Return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items should be in resalable condition — for hygiene reasons, used lick mats, bowls, and similar cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

Start your return through our Contact form, or email support@larkfell.com with your order number, within 14 days of delivery. We'll confirm the next steps and the return address. Please don't use the Track your order page to begin a return — it's for tracking only.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item
  • Exchanges ship as soon as your original item is on its way back
  • Return shipping is free on faulty or incorrect items

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund — including return shipping.
