About us

larkfell.com (“Larkfell”, “we”, “us”) is an online store operated by:

Using our site

You may browse and shop Larkfell for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe our intellectual property, including the Larkfell name and designs.

Orders and contract formation

All orders are an offer to buy and are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We work hard to keep pricing accurate; in the rare event of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you are free to cancel.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where indicated. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & duties page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us at support@larkfell.com before the period expires and return the goods. Certain items, such as personalised or hygiene-sealed products, may be exempt where permitted by law. Full details are on our Returns & exchanges page.

Conformity and warranties

We are legally obliged to supply goods that conform to the contract. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Polish and EU law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the value of the products you bought. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country in which you live. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
